A first deployment of machines in Ireland

To illustrate its international strategy, FRA-SYS has just completed its first machine deployment in Ireland. Let's take a look at the French head office of the EJCO foundry. The group designs, produces and distributes solutions for the road and sewerage sectors. In addition to manholes, service manholes, modular covers and tanks, EJ also manufactures items for urban development. Cast-iron manhole covers can be customized to meet the needs of customers such as airports and local authorities.

Deploying machines in Ireland

The EJ Group is present in North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe. In fact, it was for Ireland that the French division's design office placed an order for high-frequency machines. EJ design offices work with highly sophisticated software. To ensure that solutions work, the company relies on modeling. A large amount of data is analyzed before mechanical or dynamic road tests are carried out. Once all the tests have been successfully completed, the products go into production for distribution in 140 countries.

For four months now, the equipment has been fully meeting its objective. Indeed, the need for high-performance calculations is inseparable from the professional use of design and modeling software.
