Stress test machine and components

Systematic stress testing of machines and components

Our R&D laboratory creates innovative products that stand out from the crowd, or even exist nowhere else. To do this, we closely follow the advances made by electronics manufacturers and meet with them every year, notably at the Computex trade show in Taipei. This enables our R&D laboratory to unearth the best components, in terms of performance, stability and price.

Independently of the data supplied by the manufacturers, FRA-SYS subjects all components to a battery of tests. Their purpose is to verify their behavior under extreme conditions. Among these is the stress test.

The aim is to artificially create maximum activity, a high temperature threshold and a high level of electrical intensity, all of which stress and mobilize a compsant or processor for a sustained period of time. At FRA-SYS, we generally stress for several hours. For each new reference, we go as far as the crash to determine its maximum capacity at load and frequency, before validating its eligibility in our range. In this way, we ensure satisfactory behavior once integrated into our machine architecture.

This does not eliminate the possibility of an isolated failure. However, it does protect us from unpleasant surprises and offers our customers, future users, a guarantee of robustness. After all, we've put far more stress on the components and the machine than we will in its future day-to-day use.
