FRA-SYS innovates by presenting an 18-core machine.

The new workstation is a compute server, eagerly awaited by some of our customers.

It wasn't until a new processor developed by Intel was brought to market in autumn 2017. Today, FRA-SYS offers a machine with unrivalled efficiency. Until now, we've been limited to 20 threads, but now it's 36!

Thanks to our R&D department and close links with our suppliers, we were able to obtain a preview of the processors and put them through a series of tests. At the end of several stress campaigns testing the processor's behavior in the worst situations, we were able to validate its value.

Our new equipment now boasts an ultra-modern, powerful architecture, with a 36-thread monoprocessor clocked at 4.2 GHz thanks to our know-how.

In addition to its performance (processing times optimized by up to 40%), this new machine is particularly attractive in terms of license/thread costs. It can be installed on its own or in a cluster, with or without grafting onto an existing pool.

As soon as it was released, we were able to take pre-orders from around ten customers. Customers who mainly need to manage parallel calculations: strength calculations, fluid flow calculations, design, etc. Today, we are marketing this new machine which, coupled with an ultra-powerful graphics card, achieves exceptional potential.
